2021 Troll’s Knoll Park Design
[Occurred in past] Ask the Designer Q&A Session
Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 6-7pm PST
Our vision for the Troll's Knolls Park expansion is to create a welcoming, safe and well-maintained space for community enjoyment. The expanded park is a peaceful, green landscape that prioritizes natural habitat and creates a respite from the chaos of city life. The new design continues to attract visitors by engaging them in an ongoing whimsical journey in the spirit of the Troll.
Overview
The west side Troll’s Knoll Park opened in 2016 and includes a thriving P-Patch. Our goal is to expand the existing Troll’s Knoll Park to the east side parcel to encompass the green spaces on both sides for the Fremont Troll.
Thanks to a $25,000 grant from the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, we are finalizing designs for an expanded park at the Fremont Troll. Please review the park designs and provide feedback by completing this form no later than March 30, 2021.

Community Engagement and Input
In November 2020, 492 neighbors and visitors completed our park design input survey. Here’s what we heard!
We aren’t the only ones who see potential on the east side! Check out these previous design plans that were developed with community input.
